Geri Horner was seen looking stylish in a white boilersuit while attending the Goodwood Revival with her husband, Christian Horner, and their son, Monty. This public appearance comes as the family moves forward from the recent controversy involving sexting allegations against the F1 boss.
Geri Horner looked chic while enjoying a family outing at the Goodwood Revival, which took place at the Goodwood Motor Circuit in West Sussex on Saturday.
The 51-year-old Spice Girl donned a stylish white boilersuit for a cozy day out with her husband, Christian Horner, and their seven-year-old son, Monty.
Geri stayed warm by wearing a cream polo neck jumper under her outfit, accessorizing with stylish sunglasses, a crossbody bag, and trainers.
She appeared in high spirits during the outing, with both her and Red Bull F1 team principal Christian Horner, aged 50, presenting a united front following his recent sexting scandal.
Christian looked dapper in a grey tweed blazer paired with cream trousers, a blue shirt, and a brown fedora hat.
The couple was observed doting on their young son, Monty, as he enjoyed a ride in a vintage toy car.
Also present were Geri’s 18-year-old daughter, Bluebell Madonna, and Geri’s stepdaughter, Olivia, 10, whom Christian Horner shares with his ex, Beverley Allen.
This public appearance follows the revelation in February of inappropriate text messages sent by Christian Horner, whom Geri married in 2015. The messages, often sent late at night, led the recipient, a woman in her 40s, to report the incident to HR at the Formula 1 team.
She alleged ‘coercive behavior,’ but an internal investigation conducted by a KC appointed by Red Bull found no wrongdoing on Horner’s part. Horner has firmly denied any misconduct.
The accuser has been suspended, and the controversy has incited anger from campaign groups, who argue that ‘women lack confidence in the proper investigation of their complaints.’
Recently, Geri discussed the importance of finding ‘courage’ in the midst of her family’s ongoing scandal. She noted that themes such as discovering ‘power’ in challenging situations and seeking support are explored in her new children’s book.
She stated, ‘The book reflects themes within me about finding your power in any situation.’
Geri emphasized the importance of finding courage in challenging times, stating, ‘Whether you are being bullied, feeling lonely, or grieving a loss, it is about finding courage.’
Christian Horner’s future in Formula 1 remains under scrutiny following the leak of text messages between him and what appears to be a female colleague. The messages were distributed in 79 screenshots via an anonymous email that also included FIA chief Mohammed Ben Sulayem and F1 boss Stefano Domenicali.
Newsafro.com has previously reported that the woman at the center of the texting scandal has expressed to friends that she ‘feels let down’ by the Austrian-based F1 team with which she was employed.
The woman asserts that she was not the source of the leaked messages and is ‘disappointed’ with her treatment by the company where she has been employed for the past five years.
A friend remarked, ‘Questions need to be raised about the Red Bull investigation; transparency would help restore confidence in the handling of her case.
‘She is struggling to come to terms with the fact that after making a complaint, she was suspended. All she seeks is transparency in the process.’
