Reality television personality Love Island USA star Huda Mustafa has been accused in court filings of avoiding service of a restraining order petition filed by Nicole Olivera, the mother of her boyfriend Louis Russell’s child.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Olivera’s attorneys claim attempts to serve Mustafa with the restraining order paperwork have been unsuccessful, alleging that a process server was turned away from Mustafa’s North Carolina residence by security personnel and warned not to return.
Olivera alleges Mustafa is deliberately evading service in order to delay proceedings related to the ongoing legal dispute. The filing is part of a broader case in which Olivera previously sought a restraining order over alleged threats and a reported incident at her Los Angeles apartment building earlier this year.
Mustafa’s representative has denied the allegations, stating that she is not avoiding service and that attempts were made while she was away working, adding that she intends to address any legal matters through her attorneys.
A temporary restraining order previously issued in the case requires Mustafa to stay at least 100 yards away from Olivera while proceedings continue.#newsafro_
