Paris Jackson is taking aim at the executors of her late father Michael Jackson’s estate, accusing them of using his fortune to publicly bully her.
In court filings obtained by TMZ, Paris claims estate executors John Branca and John McClain have repeatedly mocked and belittled her, portraying her questions about estate spending—like payments to third-party law firms and hefty bonuses—as media-driven stunts. She insists her concerns are legitimate and not for publicity.
“Neither [claim of media attention] is true,” Paris wrote, adding that the ongoing litigation has been “painful” and a “distraction from her own life and career.” She called out comments from the executors describing her as “strutting” into hearings and contrasting her with the “grown-ups,” calling the remarks sexist and a form of intimidation.
The executors defended themselves, noting Paris has already received around $65 million from the estate and stands to inherit hundreds of millions more. They highlighted that the estate, once $500 million in debt, is now a multi-billion-dollar business thanks to their efforts.
Still, Paris insists the estate is using her father’s wealth as a weapon against her, escalating tensions between Michael Jackson’s daughter and the team managing his legacy.#newsafro_
