Kylie Jenner, 28, publicly documented a reduction in her posterior size in a series of Instagram Stories on Wednesday, noting that she underwent stem cell therapy to address chronic back pain experienced following her most recent pregnancy.
In her posts, Jenner stated that conventional treatments had been ineffective over a period of nearly three years. She indicated that her decision to pursue stem cell therapy was influenced by her older half-sister, Kim Kardashian, who previously received similar treatment in Mexico.
Jenner shared multiple photographs from her medical visit, including images with friends Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel at the offices of Dr. Adeel Khan. In one image, Jenner appeared in black sweatpants, displaying a visibly smaller posterior. She also posted photos showing medical bandages on her lower back and a selfie alongside Dr. Khan.
According to Jenner, the treatment was conducted outside the United States, as the specific procedure is not available domestically. Eterna Health, the administering clinic, describes the therapy as achieving “complete cellular renewal” through the replacement of compromised cells with fully functional tissue in targeted areas, including muscles and joints.
Jenner advised her audience to conduct thorough research and consult qualified medical professionals before pursuing similar treatments, emphasizing that individual outcomes may vary.
It was noted that while certain FDA-approved stem cell therapies—such as those using blood-forming stem cells from umbilical cord blood for blood disorders—are legal in the United States, most other applications remain experimental and are not approved for general use.
Jenner, founder of Kylie Cosmetics, shares two children with ex-partner Travis Scott: daughter Stormi, 7, and son Aire, 3.
The public disclosure follows earlier revelations by Jenner regarding previous cosmetic procedures, including breast augmentation undertaken at age 19.#newsafro_
