According to reports from TMZ, the driver responsible, Charles Polevich, has now settled a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Nicki’s mother, Carol Maraj. The agreement, finalized in early March, officially ends a long-running legal battle over the devastating loss.
Carol had originally sought damages for the emotional and personal toll of losing her husband, citing the loss of companionship in her lawsuit.
