Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were seen on Monday in Santa Barbara, just days after their Pacific Palisades home was destroyed by the devastating Los Angeles fires. The couple, who have gained support from new followers for their honest and vulnerable social media posts during the crisis, made a few stops in the coastal town.
They were spotted at a CVS, gathering essentials, before heading to a local restaurant for takeout. Spencer, 41, dressed casually in a black hoodie and green shorts, looked visibly concerned as he carried a bag of food back to his car.
The couple, along with their children, are still processing the loss and focusing on the next steps in this difficult time. Their fans have rallied around them, offering support as they navigate this challenging chapter.
Meanwhile, Heidi, 38, appeared unbothered by their current situation, flashing her signature smile as she browsed through items at CVS. Later, she recorded herself on her phone, confidently strolling out of the store in stylish activewear.
Their outing followed Spencer’s humorous take on pregnancy rumors circulating about Heidi. On TikTok, Spencer addressed fan speculation about whether Heidi, who had been spotted indulging in some retail therapy amid the chaos, was expecting again.
He quickly cleared it up, saying, “No, Heidi’s not pregnant. She’ll never be pregnant again. We’re very happy with our two children.”
Spencer humorously added, “Maybe she’s not super skinny, but she looks skinny to me. But then again, our house burned down with our treadmill, so maybe Heidi hasn’t worked out in two weeks and has been eating bagels and pasta and drinking wine… I think she looks great, but maybe that’s the case. … Full disclosure, we haven’t had s-e-x in a long time since these fires have happened. So yeah, no baby ’cause no one is really in that baby-making mood over here.”
The couple, along with their two young sons, Gunner, 7, and Ryker, 2, had to evacuate their $2.5 million Pacific Palisades home after it was destroyed by the fires.
As they work through the aftermath, Spencer and Heidi are also pursuing a new TV deal to help with financial recovery. Spencer shared that their agents had a “big call” with Hulu on Monday, encouraging fans to flood the streaming service’s social media with requests for a new “Speidi” docuseries. “So then on Monday, Hulu’s social media department calls and goes, ‘You better give Heidi and Spencer a new docuseries about rebuilding their lives and their house out of the rubble,'” Spencer said with a grin.#newsafro_
