Drew Sidora is stepping up her legal fight with estranged husband Ralph Pittman, urging a judge to impose strict penalties over allegations involving leaked private text messages.
Court documents claim Sidora accused Pittman of accessing her phone without permission and sharing private conversations with a media outlet before their divorce proceedings formally began. She alleges the messages were later published with misleading context designed to harm her public image.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star further claims Pittman posted some of the texts on social media, arguing the repeated disclosures were intended to embarrass her during a period when she was actively working on new music and entertainment projects.
In her filing, Sidora asked the court to enforce their mutual restraining order more aggressively, requesting financial penalties for each violation and even proposing short jail time as a possible consequence for what she described as ongoing misconduct.
The dispute unfolds amid an already tense divorce that began in 2023 and remains unresolved, with issues such as housing and assets still being worked through in court.
A judge has yet to rule on her latest requests, leaving the case ongoing and still developing.#newsafro_
