Terrance “T.A.” Dixon, formerly employed as a hype man by rapper Fat Joe, has initiated civil proceedings in federal court, filing a lawsuit on Thursday that contains a series of grave and wide-ranging allegations. The defendant, identified in the complaint as Joseph Antonio Cartagena (professionally known as Fat Joe), is accused of engaging in acts constituting coercive labor exploitation, financial impropriety, sexual misconduct, violent intimidation, and sustained psychological manipulation.
Mr. Dixon contends that Mr. Cartagena, in concert with associates, intentionally obscured and expunged Dixon’s creative and professional contributions to the development and commercial success of Fat Joe’s brand and artistic enterprise.#newsafro_
