The family of Nancy Guthrie has issued a renewed public appeal for information nearly two months after her disappearance, urging members of the community to come forward with any details that could assist in the ongoing investigation.
In a statement released Saturday night, Savannah Guthrie, alongside her siblings Annie and Camron Guthrie and their spouses, expressed gratitude for the continued support from residents of Tucson and the wider southern Arizona region. The message followed a televised special highlighting the case and emphasized the family’s belief that local residents may hold crucial information.
The family called on the public to reflect carefully on anything they may have seen or heard, stressing that even the smallest detail could prove significant in helping authorities move the case forward.
“We miss our mom with every breath and we cannot be in peace until she is home,” the statement read, conveying both grief and determination. While acknowledging the painful possibility of a tragic outcome, the family said their focus remains on finding Nancy and bringing her home so they can properly honor her life.
Nancy Guthrie was last seen on January 31 after visiting her daughter’s home in the Tucson area. Since then, local law enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have worked jointly to locate her, though leads—including a reported ransom note—have not yielded results.
Investigators have also reviewed doorbell camera footage from Nancy’s residence, which showed an unidentified individual wearing a ski mask lingering outside and attempting to obscure the camera. Several individuals have been detained in connection with the case in recent weeks, but all were later released without charges.
Authorities continue to encourage anyone with information to come forward as the search for answers continues.#newsafro_
