On day seven of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal sex-trafficking and racketeering trial, former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard delivered chilling testimony. She recounted witnessing Combs violently attack his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, stating he punched and kicked Cassie, and even swung a skillet at her during the alleged assault.
According to Richard, the following day, Combs threatened both her and another female witness, saying:
“We could go missing”
if they spoke out about what they saw.
Combs, 55, remained composed in court, conferring closely with his legal team as both Richard and Ventura gave emotional and detailed testimonies. This latest testimony adds to the mounting accusations that paint Combs as both abusive and controlling, leveraging his power in the music industry to silence victims and enforce compliance through fear.
The trial is ongoing in federal court in New York City.During Monday’s session of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal trial, prosecutors presented graphic photographic evidence to the jury, including images of bruises and cuts on Cassie Ventura’s body, reportedly sustained during multiple assaults by Combs. They also displayed explicit photos said to depict the so-called “Freak Offs”—alleged orchestrated sex parties central to the prosecution’s sex-trafficking case.
Looking ahead, Tuesday’s proceedings will see the conclusion of testimony from Diddy’s former assistant, David James. He will be followed by key witnesses including:
Sharay Hayes, a male escort known as “The Punisher”, expected to give insight into the alleged sex parties
Regina Ventura, Cassie’s mother
Jourdan Atkinson, Diddy’s former private chef
Diddy’s legal team has conceded to allegations of domestic violence, though they stress he is not on trial for that, and maintain he is not guilty of sex trafficking or racketeering, the primary charges in the federal case.#newsafro_
