Kylie Minogue garnered significant attention as she departed from her appearance on the popular French show Quotidien in Paris over the weekend.
The pop superstar looked stunning in a red optical illusion dress. This sleek, slim-fit maxi gown, designed by Latvian designer Keta Gutmane, is valued at over $560 and features an all-over print that evokes the appearance of wet fabric clinging to the body.
The dress also featured a daring leg split, showcasing the Padam Padam hitmaker’s black stockings and coordinating black boots.
Kylie radiated joy as she waved to onlookers, embracing the stylish ambiance of the City of Lights. She wore her blonde hair down, opting for a fresh and understated makeup look, which included a light blush and pale pink lipstick.
In related news, Kylie has announced additional dates for her 2025 Australian tour due to overwhelming demand for tickets. The Australian pop icon confirmed her world tour dates late last month, with the initial Telstra presale selling out rapidly as fans eagerly secured their tickets.
Kylie has now expanded her highly anticipated Australian tour by adding three additional dates ahead of the Frontier Touring and Kylie.com presales, which are set to commence in September.
Initially, she had announced an impressive seven shows across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Adelaide, but she has now included even more concerts. Notably, she has added a third Sydney date at the Qudos Bank Arena on March 3, following her two existing shows at the 21,000-capacity venue on the nights prior.
The Padam Padam hitmaker is scheduled to perform at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on February 27, following her initial show at the venue on February 26.
Additionally, Melbourne has been granted an extra date at the Rod Laver Arena on February 22, bringing the total number of performances in the city to three.
In what marks her largest series of shows in Australia since the 2011 Aphrodite: Les Folies Tour, Kylie will also take the stage in Perth on February 15 and Adelaide on February 18.
Tickets for her now 10-date Australian tour have been in high demand, with the first Telstra presale selling out within hours.
This tour marks Kylie’s first return to Australia since 2019 and comes after her headlining appearance at the Splendour In The Grass festival was canceled earlier this year.
In conjunction with her extensive world tour, Kylie has also announced that she will be releasing more music, preparing to drop a new album titled Tension II. This album aims to replicate the success of its predecessor, Tension, which outsold the entire top 20 on the UK charts, became her ninth No. 1 album, and earned Kylie her second Grammy Award.
The first single from Tension II, titled Lights Camera Action, is set to premiere on Friday, with several other tracks to follow. Kylie experienced significant success with Tension’s lead single, Padam Padam, released in May 2023. This dance-pop and synth-pop track incorporates elements of electronic music and Eastern European sound.
The hit received widespread critical acclaim, with many reviewers praising its catchiness and hook, and it won the inaugural Best Pop Dance Recording award at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards in February.
