Method Man, widely admired by women, recently discussed the consistent affection he receives in his appearance on the ‘Tamron Hall Show.’ During the segment, Tamron Hall referenced Meth’s September 2023 Men’s Health cover, where he elaborated on the ongoing admiration from women and his perspective on valuing respect potentially alongside—or even above—physical attraction.
Tamron Hall quoted from the Men’s Health article, stating, “In the piece, you mentioned, ‘I’m not a sex symbol.’ You expressed that there are times when you prefer not to be objectified but rather to be accorded respect.”
In response to Tamron Hall’s statement, the former Wu-Tang rapper simply affirmed with a “yeah” and a nod of agreement. Tamron then inquired how he balances his desire to avoid being objectified while still choosing to reveal his physique. The star of Power Book II: Ghost clarified that, despite his efforts to maintain his physique, his intention in showcasing it is not to seek attention.
“I’m going to show it off while I still have it, but here’s the thing,” Method Man remarked. “I appreciate the admiration; I really do. However, does it occasionally become awkward? Absolutely. Sometimes, I just want to blend in with everyone else, and that’s the kind of person I am.”
