Sean “Diddy” Combs’ twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila Combs, 17, sought to maintain a sense of normalcy as they celebrated senior night at their high school.
On Sunday, the sisters shared a photo on Instagram of themselves in cheerleading uniforms, standing on the sidelines of a school football field.
This celebration came just days after their father’s third attempt to request bail before a judge on Friday.
Jessie and D’Lila Combs, 17, attended their father Sean “Diddy” Combs’ third bail hearing in New York on Friday, showing their support for the 55-year-old rap mogul, who faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution—all of which he denies.
Despite the legal turmoil surrounding their father, the twins sought to maintain normalcy and celebrated senior night at their high school. In a photo shared to Instagram, the sisters looked carefree in navy blue-and-white cheerleading uniforms, accessorized with pink-and-black ‘Senior’ sashes indicating they are part of the class of 2025. They also wore tiaras and carried pink-and-blue pom-poms as part of their sideline routine. The caption read, “Senior night,” with a heart emoji, and the comments were overwhelmingly positive, likely to avoid criticism related to their father’s ongoing legal troubles.
Earlier that day, Diddy was seen in the courtroom, wearing a tan prison-issued shirt and trousers, blowing kisses to his family, who had traveled to support him. Alongside his daughters, his mother Janice, 83, adopted son Quincy, 33, biological sons Justin, 30, and King, 26, and daughter Chance, 18, were present.
Diddy’s attorney, Anthony Ricco, successfully argued that he should not be shackled, citing the potential disrespect to the court’s dignity. The mogul showed love for his family, clasping his hands in prayer and tapping his heart while gazing at them.
Though the prosecutor, Christy Slavik, did not hold back in her statements, the judge acknowledged the importance of Diddy’s family being present in court for his support.
During Sean “Diddy” Combs’ third bail hearing, prosecutor Christy Slavik strongly opposed his release, labeling him a “violent abuser” and a potential “danger to the community.” She argued that he should not be granted bail, given the severity of the charges against him.
Diddy has already been denied bail twice. In one instance, he proposed a $50 million bail package, offering his mother’s home and his own as surety. Additionally, he offered to be monitored by security guards while on home detention, but the court rejected this offer.
Beyond his criminal trial, Diddy is facing multiple allegations of rape and sexual assault, all of which he denies. Last week, a lawsuit was filed by an unnamed woman, described as a “former model,” who claims she was sexually assaulted by Diddy at his Hamptons mansion during a July 4, 2004, party. She alleges that Diddy assaulted her while she was unconscious after being drugged and that he later threatened her to prevent her from speaking about the incident.
