Jennifer Garner looked sensational as she posed for a striking new photoshoot with Flaunt magazine..The 53-year-old actress showcased a series of high-fashion ensembles, including a plunging leather Givenchy dress designed by Sarah Burton. Keeping the focus on the dramatic neckline, Garner skipped accessories and opted for understated glam in the shoot, which was captured by photographer Tyler Patrick Kenny.
On the magazine cover, Garner wore a Saint Laurent look by Anthony Vaccarello, pairing a brown leather jacket with a white shirt knotted at the front, a coordinating brown skirt, and bold statement earrings. Additional looks included a black leather Loewe jacket, a sleek Emporio Armani suit, a white Bottega Veneta dress styled with open-toe grey heels, and a refined Loro Piana blazer with brown trousers.
In the accompanying interview, Garner made a rare comment about her former husband, Ben Affleck, and the renewed media attention surrounding their family when he reunited with Jennifer Lopez in 2021. Affleck later married Lopez in 2022, though she filed for divorce two years afterward.
Reflecting on her decision to speak more openly after years of maintaining privacy, Garner said she hopes sharing her perspective might help other women navigating difficult periods in their lives.
“Time has passed, and other women are going through really hard seasons in their lives, and I think it’s helpful to know that time will go on and you will get to the other side,” she explained. “That’s really all it’s about. I was in the middle of something for a really long time, and it didn’t make sense.”
She emphasized that she remains protective of her children and careful not to discuss Affleck’s personal experiences publicly. “There was no way to talk about it, and it’s certainly not my place to talk about him or his experience or anything he’s gone through, or my children or their experience,” she said, adding that she now feels “lighter and happier and more myself than I have in a really long time.”
Garner and Affleck were married from 2005 until their divorce was finalized in 2018 and share three children together.
Elsewhere in the interview, Garner clarified that a ring she had been wearing was not an engagement ring, despite her seven-year relationship with businessman John Miller.
Beyond Hollywood, Garner has devoted significant time to philanthropy, working with Save the Children since 2008. In 2017, she also co-founded Once Upon a Farm, an organic children’s food company, and has advocated for broader access to nutrition through food assistance programs such as WIC and SNAP.
Discussing her evolving relationship with fame, Garner said she now views her platform as an opportunity to support children and families, particularly in rural America. While she acknowledged having once considered stepping away from Los Angeles or changing careers to escape intense public scrutiny, she ultimately concluded that she still loves her work.
“I chase those moments where it all comes together and I feel connected to what I’m doing and open and surprised,” she said. “It doesn’t happen all the time, but when it does, it really makes it worth it.”#newsafro_
