Jennifer Aniston has transformed her $21 million Bel Air mansion into a serene, Zen-inspired retreat designed to accommodate the lifestyle of her partner, Jim Curtis. Exclusive photos from Daily Mail show Aniston’s enhancements to the property, including a Japanese rock garden with carefully arranged stones, a bubbling fountain, a white stone pagoda, and black gravel raked in circular meditation patterns, offering a contemplative outdoor space for the couple.
Additional additions include a large sundial clock on the pool house, black queen-sized loungers beside a bonsai tree, a small intimate seating area for two framed by yucca plants, and a barbecue by the pool for entertaining guests. Curtis, who has more than two decades of experience as a hypnotherapist, also enjoys the expansive backyard featuring green lawns, a rectangular pool, a wooden sundeck, and the pool house.
Despite a home intrusion scare last year, Aniston continues to use the 10,000-square-foot estate as her primary California residence. The property retains its core amenities, including a luxury kennel and playground for her three dogs: Clyde, a Schnauzer mix; Lord Chesterfield, a Labrador retriever; and Sophie, a white pit bull mix.
Aniston purchased the Bel Air mansion in 2011 and shared it previously with her ex-husband Justin Theroux; it has remained her personal sanctuary following their 2018 divorce.
The couple first made their relationship public on Instagram in November 2025, coinciding with Curtis’s 50th birthday. Their romance began earlier that year, with reports of a vacation together in Mallorca, Spain, and has included appearances at events such as the season three premiere of Aniston’s The Morning Show.
Aniston has praised Curtis in interviews, describing him as “extraordinary,” “very special,” “very normal, and very kind,” and highlighting his dedication to helping people heal and move through trauma into clarity.#newsafro_
