Jessica Alba has formally concluded her divorce proceedings from Cash Warren, approximately one year after initiating dissolution of their nearly two-decade marriage.
The parties, who married in 2008 without executing a prenuptial agreement, have entered into a comprehensive settlement resolving all financial and custodial matters. Pursuant to the final judgment, neither party shall pay spousal support (alimony) to the other.
Court documents reportedly reflect that the parties will share joint legal and physical custody of their three minor children: Honor (17), Haven (14), and Hayes (8). In connection with the equitable distribution of marital assets, Warren is to receive a total sum of $3 million. The payment is structured in two non-taxable installments of $1.5 million each—one payable immediately and the second due within one year. The marital estate includes, inter alia, a Beverly Hills residence acquired in 2017 for approximately $10 million.
Upon filing for divorce in February of the preceding year, Alba cited irreconcilable differences and listed the date of separation as December 27, 2024, which Warren likewise affirmed. The court has additionally granted Alba’s request to restore her maiden name.
Alba was represented by attorney Laura Wasser, whose prior clientele includes Kim Kardashian, Kevin Costner, Angelina Jolie, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez, and Johnny Depp. Warren was represented by Adam Lipsic.
At the time of filing, sources characterized the proceedings as amicable despite the absence of a premarital agreement and the substantial value of the marital estate. In addition to her acting career, Alba co-founded The Honest Company, in which she reportedly retains an ownership stake. Warren, for his part, is associated with the apparel brand Pair of Thieves.
No official public statement has been issued by either party concerning the finalized terms beyond those reflected in the court filings.#newsafro_
