Leida Margaretha, 36, a reality television personality known for her appearance on 90 Day Fiancé, has been formally charged with 24 felony counts in the state of Wisconsin, stemming from alleged criminal activity occurring between November 2023 and March 2024.
The charges include seven counts of bail jumping, six counts of wire fraud, 10 counts of forgery, and one count of theft exceeding $10,000 from a business. According to court records obtained by the Daily Mail, Margaretha has a hearing scheduled for Sunday, February 18, in Juneau County, although she has not yet been taken into custody.
These proceedings follow a series of prior legal issues involving Margaretha. Earlier arrests in 2023 included domestic disorderly conduct, mistreatment of an animal, and identity theft. Additionally, she faced a prior bail jumping charge after failing to update her contact information with the court. She was released in that instance but was ordered to surrender her passport.
The allegations against Margaretha reportedly involve the misuse of customer banking information from a local business and transactions connected to her co-owned company, Proud American Logistics, for personal and business-related payments. Wisconsin authorities have indicated that, if convicted, she could face up to six years of incarceration and fines totaling approximately $10,000.
The charges arise amid a turbulent personal period for Margaretha, including her estranged husband Eric Rosenbrook’s arrest on misdemeanor charges in July 2024, the death of their newborn daughter Alisa at five weeks old, and subsequent filings for legal separation and temporary restraining orders.
Margaretha and Rosenbrook initially met during season six of 90 Day Fiancé in 2018. The case remains under active investigation by Wisconsin law enforcement authorities.#newsafro_
