On Monday, Kim Kardashian, aged 45, attended the Brazilian premiere of All’s Fair (titled Tudo é Justo in Portuguese) at the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro, showcasing a backless lilac feathered gown designed by stylist Soki Mak. The ensemble featured a swimwear-inspired halter top with side cut-outs, highlighting Kardashian’s 5ft2in figure. Hairstylist Matt Benns incorporated an ostrich feather into her updo, while makeup artist Ariel Tejada applied full contouring for the event.
The appearance marked Kardashian’s first public engagement following her revelation that she had not achieved the minimum passing score of 1,390 out of 2,000 points on the California State Bar Examination, which she sat in July. On Instagram Stories, she acknowledged the setback, stating:
“Well… I’m not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV. Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up — just more studying and even more determination.”
Kardashian previously failed the “baby bar” exam three times before passing in 2021 and had originally aimed to pass the bar in 2023 without attending college or law school. She is now scheduled to retake the rigorous two-day examination on February 24–25, 2026.
The socialite has expressed a long-standing desire to follow in the footsteps of her late father, Robert Kardashian, who was a member of O.J. Simpson’s defense team during the 1995 murder trial. Kardashian currently serves as executive producer and stars as divorce attorney Allura Grant in Ryan Murphy’s 10-episode legal drama, All’s Fair, which streams on Hulu/Disney+. She has described the show as “the most critically acclaimed show of the year,” with a reported 3.2 million global views within the first three days of streaming.
In addition, Kardashian executive produced and stars in the seventh season of The Kardashians, a 10-episode reality series airing on Hulu.
At the Rio premiere, Kardashian was accompanied by co-stars Sarah Paulson, Naomi Watts, and Niecy Nash-Betts. Paulson wore a white cropped T-shirt paired with a voluminous green maxi skirt styled by Karla Welch. Watts appeared in a strapless black-striped peplum dress and black pumps curated by Jeanann Williams, while Nash-Betts opted for a plunging black gown with a trumpet train, showcasing notable décolletage.#newsafro_
