Earlier in the evening, Rita opted for a more casual look, pairing her bold red coat with Adidas tracksuit bottoms, blending relaxed style with her statement outerwear.

Ahead of her much-anticipated New Year’s Eve appearance in the Big Apple, Rita took to Facebook to share the exciting news with fans:
“SURPRISE!! I’m pulling double duty on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve!
“In addition to cohosting in Times Square alongside Ryan Seacrest, I’ll be performing as well. Be sure to tune in New Year’s Eve at 8/7c on ABC! #RockinEve.”
This appearance comes amid Rita’s decision to step down from ITV’s The Masked Singer, where she has been a judge since the show’s debut in 2020, appearing alongside Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, and Mo Gilligan. She has been replaced by Love Island host Maya Jama.
While promoting a haircare product, Rita hinted at her reasons for leaving, revealing her focus for the coming year: a return to her musical roots as she plans to head back into the recording studio.
Rita shared her 2025 plans with fans on Instagram, writing:

Her latest album, You & I, was released in 2023, while Rita had stand-ins on The Masked Singer during her absence.
