The post stated: “I have done something so wrong, and I am really struggling with guilt over it.
“I am 43, divorced, and a single mother of two teenagers.

“I am passionate about fitness and recently joined a circuit training group, which has also become a significant part of my social life.”
The woman elaborated that, following a night out with her gym friends, she invited a few people back to her house for an after-party while her children were staying with their father.
She explained: “The guy who runs the circuit training brought a couple of friends along. He’s in his early 20s, and I assumed his friends were around the same age.”
She continued, “To cut a long story short, after more drinks and a lot of flirting with one of the guys, who was there with the circuit training leader, I ended up sleeping with him.”
“This is completely out of character for me. I’m 43, and I haven’t had a one-night stand since I was 20.”
