Megan Fox, 38, showcased her growing baby bump in a fully sheer burgundy dress during a glamorous outing in Los Angeles this week.
The actress, who recently announced she is expecting her first child with partner Machine Gun Kelly, 34, highlighted her blossoming stomach and lingerie at an appearance at The Grove.
She completed the stunning look with towering black heels and a matching leather coat, tenderly cradling her bump as she graced the red carpet.
Megan Fox styled her hair in an elegant updo and complemented her look with a glamorous makeup palette.
The actress, already a mother to three children—Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7—whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, announced her pregnancy on November 11. She shared a striking photo of herself adorned in black paint, highlighting her baby bump, alongside an image of a positive pregnancy test.
Captioning the post, she wrote, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back ❤️,” sharing the joyous news with her fans.
Megan Fox’s pregnancy announcement was accompanied by the song “Last November” by Machine Gun Kelly, which alludes to the miscarriage she previously experienced with the musician.
In her 2023 poetry book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, Megan opened up about the heart-wrenching experience. In one excerpt, she described an ultrasound of a baby girl at 10 weeks and one day, reflecting, “maybe if you hadn’t… maybe if I had…” She wrote poignantly, “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh, but now / I have to say / goodbye,” adding later, “I close my eyes and imagine holding you tight against my chest as they rip you from my insides.” She also penned, “I will pay any price. Tell me please / what is the ransom / for her soul?”
In an interview with Good Morning America, Megan shared the emotional toll of the loss, saying, “It was very difficult for both of us. And it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, and together and apart, and together and apart, trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean? Why did this happen?'”
Though Megan and MGK had never publicly discussed the pregnancy loss before the book’s release, the musician subtly referenced it during his performance at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards, dedicating the performance to Megan and stating, “This is for our unborn child.”
Megan also suffered an ectopic pregnancy years earlier, adding to the emotional depth of her journey.

Machine Gun Kelly, whose legal name is Colson Baker, is also a father to 15-year-old Casie, whom he shares with his ex-partner Emma Cannon. The couple, who have been together since 2020 and got engaged two years later, have not yet tied the knot. Their baby is due in March. While the couple reportedly knows the baby’s gender, they have chosen not to disclose it.
Megan and MGK’s relationship has been passionate but rocky. They first met on the set of Midnight in The Switchgrass and became engaged in 2022. Megan revealed the engagement in a post on Instagram, where she shared that they had “drank each other’s blood” to celebrate.
However, just over a year later, Megan hinted at a breakup when she shared a cryptic Instagram post and deleted her account. The post included a video of her burning a letter in a bonfire, followed by a series of provocative mirror selfies with a male friend, in which she wore a plunging black top and cut-out trousers. She captioned the post with the lyrics, “You can taste the dishonesty / it’s all over your breath,” from Beyoncé’s Pray You Catch Me, which refers to infidelity. Megan also unfollowed MGK before removing all traces of him from her Instagram and deleting her account entirely.
