Ahead of the mega clash between Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur, Tottenham Hotspur forward Dominic Solanke has opened up about his Nigerian heritage. The in-form striker expressed his hope to visit the West African country soon.
In an exclusive interview with Showmax, the England forward of Nigerian descent discussed his rise to the top and his Nigerian roots.
“I haven’t actually been yet,” Solanke told Showmax. “I definitely need to take some time off soon and go and see my roots, so hopefully in the next few years.”
Even though he represented England, Solanke is very proud of being a Nigerian and he rightly admits to keeping an eye on Nigerian footballers around the world.
