Bob Saget was remembered with love and emotion on what would have been his 70th birthday, as his widow Kelly Rizzo shared a heartfelt tribute honoring the late comedian’s life and legacy.
Taking to Instagram, Kelly posted a touching throwback clip of Bob smiling as he blew out birthday candles, alongside a reflective message about the man she says would still be “going full steam ahead” if he were alive today. She shared that retirement was never in his vocabulary and imagined he would still be making people laugh nonstop.
In her post, Kelly opened up about how often she wonders what Bob would be doing now, adding that while she feels grateful for the six years they shared together, she wishes the world had more time to experience his humor and warmth.
She ended her tribute by encouraging fans to join her in celebrating his “heavenly 70th birthday” and continuing to spread the love he gave so freely.
Bob’s longtime friend and Full House co-star John Stamos also paid tribute online, recalling the birthday celebrations they used to share and saying how much he misses and loves him.
