Dorit Kemsley is accusing her estranged husband Paul Kemsley of escalating their bitter divorce battle by allegedly stopping payments on key utilities at their $6 million mansion.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star claims PK halted payments on essential services tied to the family home, including electricity and other basic utilities, as tensions over their separation continue to rise.
A strongly worded email from Dorit’s legal team, dated April 15, 2026, and filed as part of the ongoing divorce proceedings, outlines her position on the dispute. In it, her attorneys argue that Dorit has remained open to selling the property, provided there are “reasonable protections” in place, and also request immediate financial support, including a $50,000 payment.
The letter further alleges that PK is deliberately using financial pressure tactics in an attempt to force a sale of the home where their children reside. It claims his actions have left Dorit and the children facing ongoing uncertainty, with essential services allegedly left unpaid for an extended period—forcing Dorit to step in and cover the costs to avoid disruption.
However, sources close to PK strongly dispute these claims. They maintain that he had consistently paid the household bills for years and only recently stopped, pointing instead to what they describe as Dorit’s significant spending habits, including over $1 million on clothing and travel, as well as a lack of contribution toward the mortgage.
As both sides trade accusations, the divorce continues to unfold as a high-conflict financial and emotional dispute, with the future of the luxury home and their shared assets still unresolved.#newsafro_
