The legal battle between Cardi B and blogger Tasha K has flared up again, with new court filings suggesting the feud is far from over—this time involving comments about Offset.
According to newly obtained court documents, Cardi B is accusing Tasha K of violating a previously agreed non-disparagement clause tied to her bankruptcy settlement. That agreement was designed to prevent the blogger from publicly discussing Cardi or her close associates, including Offset.
The clause became part of a broader financial arrangement following a major defamation ruling in which Cardi B was awarded $4 million. After Tasha K later filed for bankruptcy, the two sides reached a revised deal that reduced the debt to about $1.2 million, with the condition that monthly payments would be made and public commentary would stop.
However, Cardi now claims that hasn’t happened.
In the latest filings, she alleges that Tasha K has continued making public remarks about Offset, including claims about his alleged gambling habits and references to a recent shooting incident in which he was reportedly hospitalized. Cardi’s legal team argues these statements directly violate the agreement and are seeking enforcement from the court.
Cardi is now asking a judge to find Tasha in breach of the settlement terms and impose sanctions, including covering additional legal fees. Her attorneys are also reportedly pushing for the full remaining balance of the original judgment.
With both sides locked in yet another courtroom dispute, the long-running feud shows no signs of cooling down anytime soon.#newsafro_
