Kylie Jenner has lowered the asking price of her Hidden Hills mansion just a month after putting the luxury property on the market, signaling a quick shift in her real estate plans.
The 28-year-old beauty mogul originally listed the expansive estate in late March for $20.25 million. However, the price has now been reduced by $2.3 million, bringing the new asking figure to $17.995 million, according to reports.
Jenner had been living in the eight-bedroom home while renovations continued on another nearby property she owns in the same Hidden Hills neighborhood. That larger home, which she purchased from Miley Cyrus in 2020 for $15 million, has been undergoing extensive upgrades for years and has frequently appeared on her social media.
The mansion currently on the market spans roughly 13,200 square feet and features multiple luxury amenities including a home theater, gym, game room, and outdoor entertaining space with a pool and firepit. Jenner purchased the property in 2016 and has long used it as a family home with her children, Stormi and Aire.
Over the years, she has documented various stages of renovation and design across her real estate portfolio, including a separate sprawling Hidden Hills estate currently being built from the ground up.
The latest price cut comes as Jenner continues transitioning between properties, balancing ongoing construction projects with her busy business and personal life.#newsafro_
