Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner are once again at the center of legal drama involving Ray J after allegedly demanding millions over claims he breached a confidential agreement tied to their long-running sex tape dispute.
According to legal documents obtained by reports, the Kardashians’ legal team sent a demand letter in October 2025 accusing Ray J of violating a 2023 settlement agreement that included strict non-disclosure terms meant to prevent all parties from discussing the matter publicly or making false statements.
The original deal reportedly involved a $6 million payout to Ray J, structured in installments over several years, with payments already totaling $5 million at the time of the dispute. However, tensions escalated when lawyers later alleged that Ray J broke the agreement again by discussing the issue during a livestream.
In response, Kim and Kris reportedly demanded the return of the $5 million already paid, along with additional damages totaling $7 million, citing repeated breaches of the agreement and reputational harm.
The legal dispute has grown increasingly complex, with earlier filings including defamation claims and counterclaims, as both sides accuse each other of violating the terms of their private settlement.
As the situation continues to unfold, neither side appears willing to back down, leaving the long-running controversy back in the spotlight once again.#newsafro_
