A night out at a Florida casino turned chaotic after police alleged that Lil Tjay set off a chain of events that led to the shooting of Offset.
According to a probable cause affidavit, authorities claim the situation began Monday evening when Lil Tjay allegedly directed members of his group to start a fight with another group outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The confrontation quickly escalated, and police say one individual pulled out a gun, shooting Offset in the valet area.
Offset was rushed to the hospital, where he was treated for injuries described as non-life-threatening. Meanwhile, Lil Tjay’s attorney pushed back strongly, dismissing reports linking him to the shooting as false and emphasizing that he has not been charged in connection with the gunfire.
Authorities did, however, arrest Lil Tjay on a disorderly conduct charge tied to the alleged altercation, noting that the investigation is still ongoing as they work to identify others involved.
After posting bail, Lil Tjay denied any role in the fight or shooting, insisting he had nothing to do with the violence. Police reports, however, claim he was seen acting aggressively toward Offset’s associates and even filming the confrontation before things spiraled out of control.
As the investigation continues, questions remain about what exactly led to the shocking incident—and who will ultimately be held responsible.#newsafro_
