TikTok star Marquay Collins—known online as “The Goat”—has died from an enlarged heart, four months after his passing at age 24. According to the medical examiner’s report obtained by TMZ, his death was ruled natural.
Collins had been hospitalized earlier following a severe car accident, which occurred a few weeks before his death on November 26, 2025. After returning home from the hospital, he reportedly experienced symptoms including neck, shoulder, and spine pain, along with shortness of breath and headaches, which his brother confirmed to the coroner.
His mother, Sonja Collins, shared her heartbreak on Instagram, calling him the “sweetest person” and remembering how selfless he was. “My heart is broken. My baby, my last one, my SnuggaBug, my Marquay is no longer here with me,” she wrote, thanking fans for their support.
Marquay Collins had built a significant social media presence, with 7.1 million followers on TikTok and over 500,000 on Instagram. He was known for comedic sketches, dancing, food reviews, sports car videos, and playful pranks with his parents. Beyond social media, he was a student at Georgia State University, and had previously graduated from Shaw High School and Dimon Elementary School.
His obituary described him as full of passion and ambition, always excited for the future and ready to share adventures with friends and family. Fans flooded his final TikTok post, a humorous video about applying lotion to his feet, with messages of grief and remembrance.
