The woman accused of attempting to shoot Rihanna has officially lost her license to practice speech-language pathology in California.
Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, who faces 14 charges—including attempted murder, 10 counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and three counts of shooting at an inhabited dwelling—is also legally barred from going near Rihanna or her family. Her bail remains set at $1,875,000.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the state board that regulates speech-language pathologists had requested that Ortiz be stripped of her professional license following the incident.
