In newly released documents from the so-called Epstein Files, disturbing details continue to surface about the late financier Jeffrey Epstein—including a claim that he once told a victim he was the father of a child.
According to the documents, a woman who alleged that Epstein sexually abused her for several years beginning when she was just 16 told federal investigators that Epstein once pointed to a photograph of a blonde woman displayed inside his New York City mansion. He allegedly told her that the woman in the photo was the mother of his child.
The victim said Epstein spoke highly of the woman, describing her as “perfect.” Alongside the photograph, she claimed he kept a sculpted mold of the woman’s torso on display in the residence.
Investigative files also reportedly contain a photograph of Epstein standing beside a woman holding a baby. In the image, Epstein is seen smiling with his hand resting on the woman’s waist while she cradles the child. The faces of both the woman and the baby are redacted in the documents to protect their identities.
Another photograph included in the files shows Epstein holding a baby. Because the child’s face is also redacted, it remains unclear whether it is the same infant referenced in the other image.
The documents further reveal that Sarah Ferguson—the former wife of Prince Andrew—sent Epstein an email in September 2011 congratulating him on the birth of a baby boy. She reportedly said she had heard the news from her ex-husband.
The woman who claimed Epstein told her he was a father shared this information with the FBI in January 2020—about five months after Epstein died in a New York jail while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges.
Even years after his death, revelations surrounding Epstein’s life and alleged crimes continue to emerge from investigative records, adding further layers to a case that has drawn global attention.#newsafro_
