Ray J is making a major comeback after recently dealing with serious health struggles, and now he’s putting all his energy into preparing for an upcoming celebrity MMA fight.
The singer and reality TV personality has been training intensely ahead of his matchup against viral comedian Supah Hot Fire, showing off his workout routines, sparring sessions, and takedown practice as fight night approaches.
Ray J appears fully focused on getting back into top physical condition, with videos from his training camp capturing him lifting weights, working on grappling techniques, and preparing for what could be one of his biggest public appearances in years.
He’s reportedly been training at the Creators Inc. house with help from longtime manager David Weintraub and owner Andy Bachman, who provided the space for his fight camp.
According to Weintraub, Ray J has taken his health far more seriously following his recent medical issues, and that renewed focus is what ultimately gave him the confidence to accept the MMA challenge.
The celebrity fight event is also expected to feature Johnny Manziel taking on Bob Menery in another headline-grabbing matchup. The card is being promoted by streamer Adin Ross and UFC president Dana White.#newsafro_
