Emilie Kiser has offered a deeply personal glimpse into her life after the heartbreaking loss of her three-year-old son, Trigg, as she reflects on grief, healing, and her marriage to her husband, Brady Kiser.
Tragedy struck on May 12, 2025, when Trigg was found unconscious in the backyard pool of the family’s Arizona home. He was rushed to hospital but sadly passed away six days later, leaving the family devastated and searching for a way forward.
At the time of the incident, Brady was the only parent at home. In the aftermath, questions and public scrutiny followed, but authorities later declined to pursue charges, citing insufficient grounds for conviction.
Since then, Emilie has slowly returned to sharing parts of her life online, often opening up about the painful process of grief. In a recent video, she spoke candidly about what it has meant to “heal” after such a loss, explaining that healing, for her, does not mean moving on, but learning to live alongside the grief.
Responding to a follower’s question about how she has navigated both her son’s death and her marriage, she revealed that forgiveness has been a significant part of her journey. She emphasized therapy, consistency, and a shift in perspective about love, empathy, and letting go of outside judgment as key parts of her coping process.
Emilie also acknowledged the strain the tragedy placed on her relationship with Brady, though she has previously shared that the couple has been working quietly to rebuild and support each other while raising their surviving son.
She has also used her platform to raise awareness about child water safety, calling the incident “preventable” and urging parents to take precautions such as proper pool barriers and constant supervision.
Through grief and public attention, Emilie says her focus remains on her children, her healing, and finding stability again after an unimaginable loss.#newsafro_
