Jonathan Majors is counting himself lucky after a frightening on-set accident that could have ended much worse.
The actor was filming an untitled movie backed by The Daily Wire and Bonfire Legend when things suddenly went off script. During a stunt scene, Majors and fellow actor JC Kiljoyne accidentally crashed through a glass window, falling roughly six feet.
According to sources, the scene had been carefully rehearsed for months, and there were even plans to swap Majors out for a stunt double before the impact. But in the moment, momentum took over, sending both actors through the glass in what insiders describe as a pure accident.
Kiljoyne reportedly took the brunt of the injuries, suffering cuts to his hands that required several stitches. Despite that, his team later said he never felt unsafe and remains positive about working on the project.
Majors, on the other hand, emerged relatively unscathed. Brushing off the scare, he shared that he was simply grateful to be on set and focused on telling the story, adding that he’s excited for fans to eventually see the film.
Sources also noted that a special effects blood pack went off during the fall, making the incident appear more serious than it actually was.
While there had been murmurs of tension among some crew members before the accident, insiders say the incident ultimately brought many on set closer together.
In the end, what looked like a dramatic and dangerous moment turned out to be just an unfortunate mishap—one that Jonathan Majors walked away from with perspective, gratitude, and a continued passion for his craft.#newsafro_
