A source close to the singer emphasized that T-Boz has long been an advocate for the unheard voice, pointing to a 2017 interview with Channel 4 UK News in which she bluntly stated, “I don’t care about Donald Trump … God is my president.” According to the source, her stance hasn’t changed, and she should not be lumped into any narrative that contradicts her views.

Chilli responded in a TMZ video, claiming that any contributions she made were intended to benefit veterans and insisting she is not a MAGA supporter.
