Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kelli Ferrell is back in court, this time over claims that her ex-husband, Mark Ferrell, has failed to keep up with child support payments. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kelli, who has primary custody of their three children, says Mark did not pay his $3,991 monthly obligation for January and February, leaving a total of $7,982 unpaid. She alleges that he had the means to pay but chose not to, causing “undue hardship on the minor children.”
The legal dispute is part of a long-running battle between the exes. Kelli and Mark were married in 2011 and finalized their divorce in September 2024. Last year, Mark was briefly jailed over unpaid support, though he was released after paying the balance. He has also claimed that Kelli blocked his access to their children, a charge she denies.
A representative for Mark told TMZ that he has been in consistent contact with Kelli and her legal team, sharing bank records and pay stubs to show that he cannot afford the monthly payments. The spokesperson noted that Mark paid $61,000 in December 2025 and has repeatedly sought visits with his children, but those requests were allegedly denied.
Kelli’s team emphasized that her priority is the well-being of their daughters. “The responsibility of raising and providing for them should never fall solely on one parent, even after a marriage has been dissolved,” her rep said. They added that Kelli hopes the matter will be “addressed thoroughly and resolved in a timely manner.”
