Lisa Rinna has reportedly expressed concern that she may have been “drugged” during the Season Four premiere party for The Traitors, held January 8 at The Abbey.
According to reporting by TMZ, Rinna, 62, was attending the event alongside co-star Colton Underwood, 34, when he allegedly became concerned about her condition. A source cited by the outlet claimed Underwood observed that Rinna appeared “completely inebriated” despite not having consumed a significant amount of alcohol. It was further reported that Underwood notified her team, who subsequently escorted her from the venue after she posed for a group photograph with fellow cast members.
It remains unclear whether Rinna sought medical treatment or whether law enforcement was contacted in connection with the incident. Representatives for Rinna, Underwood, and NBCUniversal have reportedly been contacted for comment.

The development follows recent public tension between Rinna and Underwood related to their participation on The Traitors. During a February 21 book signing event in Los Angeles, Rinna remarked that Underwood had unfollowed her on social media following the filming of the show’s reunion episode. She suggested that comments made during the reunion—intended, she stated, as part of “game play”—may have caused friction.
The pair’s dynamic has also drawn scrutiny due to Rinna’s prior social media comment referencing allegations made in 2020 by Underwood’s former partner, Cassie Randolph. Randolph had previously obtained a temporary restraining order against Underwood, which she later requested be dismissed after the parties reached a private resolution. Underwood publicly stated at the time that the matter had been settled amicably and that he believed Randolph acted in good faith.
Rinna later issued a clarification, stating that her earlier remark was made in a performative “Housewife mode” and emphasizing that she and Underwood were on good terms.
