Uzor Arukwe has formally threatened legal action against parties allegedly responsible for circulating false and damaging rumors regarding his professional interactions with an unnamed colleague.
In a statement posted on his X account on Wednesday, Arukwe indicated that a specific user had been identified as the source of the allegations, which gained public attention following the viral release of the 2025 YouTube film Love In Every Word. While he deliberately refrained from naming the account to avoid amplifying the situation, he warned that the individual could face legal consequences.
Arukwe emphasized that his intent is to deter others from spreading unverified claims on social media, stating: “That individual will be made a scapegoat so others learn to respect boundaries and refrain from chasing clout and Elon Musk money at the expense of damaging someone else’s reputation.”
The actor’s announcement comes amid renewed speculation surrounding the marriage of BamBam and Teddy A, fueled by online discussion that on-screen roles may have contributed to tension. Neither Arukwe nor the individuals directly implicated have confirmed the rumors, and BamBam and Teddy A have publicly maintained limited commentary, with social media activity suggesting a degree of estrangement.#newsafro_
