Kutcher explained that the issue originated from a discussion on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast, during which both he and his wife, actress Mila Kunis, shared personal anecdotes about bathing routines. He stated that public interpretation of those remarks led to unfounded assumptions about his hygiene, despite his assertion that he showers regularly, particularly after exercising. Ramos corroborated this assertion, jokingly confirming that Kutcher does, in fact, shower.
The initial controversy stemmed from Kunis’ explanation of her upbringing in the former Soviet Union, where limited access to modern conveniences influenced her views on frequent bathing.
