Rihanna has engaged Vivian Wilson, the 21-year-old transgender daughter of Elon Musk, to participate in the most recent Valentine’s Day advertising campaign for her lingerie brand, Savage x Fenty.
Ms. Wilson, who is estranged from the Tesla founder, appears in promotional materials for the brand’s new collection entitled Love So Savage: A Modern Ode to Aphrodite, modeling select lingerie items. In one of the campaign images, she is featured alongside Lovie Simone and Emma Arletta, posed before marble statues. Ms. Wilson is depicted wearing a rose-patterned balconette bra paired with a coordinating lace miniskirt, complemented by red tights, gold dangling earrings, and a dark red lip color.
The campaign also includes appearances by other public figures, including Love Island personalities Serena Page and Kordell Beckham, as well as social media influencers Hayley and Jules LeBlanc. Savage x Fenty, founded by Rihanna in 2018, has consistently promoted inclusivity and body positivity. In a statement issued to WWD, Rihanna described the collection as a celebration of love in its various forms and emphasized the brand’s commitment to empowering individuals to feel confident.
Ms. Wilson, who appeared on the cover of Teen Vogue in March of the previous year, made her professional modeling debut shortly thereafter through collaborations with Wildfang and Tomboyx. She has publicly discussed the personal challenges associated with modeling and increased public visibility, noting that these experiences have contributed to her self-confidence. In September, she further expanded her modeling career by making her runway debut at New York Fashion Week for the CHRISHABANA Spring 2026 show.
Ms. Wilson, the eldest child of Elon Musk and his former spouse Justine, publicly came out as transgender at age 16 and later petitioned to remove her father’s surname, citing estrangement. She has spoken openly about her desire to be recognized independently of her father and maintains an active presence on social media, where she shares updates related to her professional endeavors.
The Valentine’s Day campaign also features Rihanna herself, underscoring her continued involvement in the creative direction and public presentation of the Savage x Fenty brand.#newsafro_
