The 50-year-old singer and the 44-year-old former tennis star posted a joint Instagram update on Sunday, following the recent arrival of their fourth child nearly two weeks ago. Alongside the newborn, the couple shares seven-year-old twins Lucy and Nicholas, and five-year-old daughter Mary. Iglesias captioned the family photo, “My Sunshines ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
Earlier, on December 22, the couple had introduced their youngest child in a separate Instagram post, showing the baby wrapped in a blanket, with the caption, “My Sunshine 12.17.2025.” Kournikova’s pregnancy had been publicly confirmed in September 2025.
Despite briefly sparking concern in January when she was photographed in a wheelchair wearing a protective boot at Miami’s Bal Harbour shopping center, Kournikova was seen actively caring for her children by August, escorting them to martial arts classes, reassuring fans about her health.
Kournikova, who turned professional at 14 and reached eighth in the world tennis rankings, retired in 2003 without winning a Grand Slam singles title. She has dated Iglesias since meeting him on the set of his Escape music video in 2001, joining him in Miami where he had resided since the late 1990s.
Reflecting on her tennis career in a Guardian interview, Kournikova revealed the physical challenges she faced, including multiple injuries that interrupted her playing seasons.
Although she maintains a low profile on social media, Kournikova occasionally shares family moments, including a June 2024 Father’s Day tribute to Iglesias, posting pictures of him with their children and writing, “Happy Father’s Day to my man @enriqueiglesias. And to All the Dads!!! ❤️❤️❤️.”#newsafro_
