Lindsay Lohan has teased her upcoming cameo on The Simpsons, revealing that she will voice a grown-up version of Maggie Simpson in a special episode of the long-running animated series.
The 39-year-old actress shared a still from the episode on Friday, showing the Simpson family in a car with Bart behind the wheel, captioning the post: “Catch me on #TheSimpsons this Sunday on FOX! What a dream come true to be part of this iconic family.” She confirmed the episode, titled Parahormonal Activity, will air Sunday, December 14th at 8:30 pm ET/7:30 pm CT.
Lohan’s role depicts Maggie as a grown-up, in a flash-forward scene where she pleads with her mother not to let Bart drive them to school. Fans responded enthusiastically, noting the full-circle moment, as baby Maggie was once voiced by Elizabeth Taylor, whom Lohan famously portrayed in her early acting career.
The cameo marks another high-profile moment in Lohan’s career resurgence, following her starring roles in Falling for Christmas (2022), Irish Wish (2024), and Freakier Friday (2024). Lohan, who relocated to Dubai in 2014, married Bader Shammas in 2022, and the couple welcomed their son, Luai, in July 2023.#newsafro_
