On Monday, Goldenvoice publicly disclosed the complete roster of performers for the forthcoming Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, scheduled to take place from April 10–12 and April 17–19 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. Among the featured performers is Justin Bieber, age 31, who recently released his seventh studio album Swag. Mr. Bieber has previously appeared at Coachella in 2019, performing alongside Ariana Grande, and again in 2024 with Tems and Wizkid; however, he has not previously been engaged as a headlining act.
In connection with the announcement, Mr. Bieber published a statement on social media referencing his past use of a Yukon vehicle, to which his spouse, Hailey Bieber, publicly responded. It is further noted that Mr. Bieber, whose personal and professional activities have attracted public scrutiny due to erratic behavior and alleged substance use, has not undertaken a major headlining tour since the cancellation of his 49-date Justice World Tour in 2022, following his diagnosis with Ramsay Hunt syndrome.
For the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the organizers have designated the headlining performances as follows: Justin Bieber is scheduled to headline on Saturday, while Sabrina Carpenter and Karol G are the principal headliners for Friday and Sunday, respectively. Ms. Carpenter previously appeared at Coachella in 2025, with then-partner Barry Keoghan reportedly in attendance. Ms. Karol G, likewise, previously performed in 2022, accompanied by guest artists Becky G and J Balvin.
The Festival will also feature a separate stage presentation by electronic music artist Anyma, who, having become the first DJ to secure a residency at the Las Vegas Sphere, will premiere his production entitled Æden, in a format comparable to Travis Scott’s 2024 stage showcase. Additionally, promotional materials reference, in smaller typeface, ‘the Bunker debut of Radiohead Kid A Mnesia,’ suggesting the possibility of a live performance of Radiohead’s 2021 compilation release.
The announced Friday lineup includes The XX, Nine Inch Noize (a collaboration between Nine Inch Nails and Boys Noize), Disclosure, Devo, Zexyy Red, Foster the People, Moby, Lykke Li, Groove Armada, and Slayyyter. The Saturday lineup includes The Strokes, GIVĒON, Addison Rae, Labrinth, SOMBR, David Byrne, Interpol, PinkPantheress, and Green Velvet x AYYBO. The Sunday lineup includes Young Thug, Kaskade, Major Lazer, Iggy Pop, FKA Twigs, Duke Dumont, Armin van Buuren x Adam Beyer, The Rapture, Black Flag, Röyksopp, and Model/Actriz.
For reference, the 2025 headliners were Lana Del Rey, Tyler, the Creator, and Doja Cat. Admission passes for the 2026 Festival, priced between $549 and $1,299, will be made available for purchase beginning Friday at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.#newsafro_
