Ms. Tiffany Haddish, aged 45, has formally refuted widespread rumors alleging that she had secretly given birth to a child with Mr. Jason Lee, host of Hollywood Unlocked and a publicly identified gay podcaster.
Said speculation originated after the parties jointly posted a photograph depicting themselves with an infant, accompanied by a caption authored by Mr. Lee stating, ‘Cat’s out the bag.’ Although intended humorously, the post prompted considerable public conjecture regarding the existence of a child.
Ms. Haddish has since directly addressed and dismissed the rumors during her appearance as guest host on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday evening.
During her opening monologue on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Ms. Tiffany Haddish remarked that even members of her own family had inquired as to whether she had secretly given birth, a suggestion she characterized as insulting, given that her relatives reside in her home.
She proceeded to identify Mr. Jason Lee, host of Hollywood Unlocked, in the studio audience. Mr. Lee observed that public reaction to a photograph of the two of them with an infant had been disproportionate, explaining that it was simply an image taken with a child, which Ms. Haddish has since humorously described as their ‘godbaby.’ Ms. Haddish added in jest, ‘You the daddy.’
