The promotional material depicts Ms. Gerber posed upon a bed, attired in a blue babydoll-style garment with a coordinating hair accessory, and accompanied by a martini glass prop situated in the foreground. The composition further emphasizes her physical attributes, with her extended posture accentuating her legs. Ms. Gerber is portrayed with a deliberate expression suggestive of allure, often described as ‘bedroom eyes,’ as she directs her gaze away from the camera’s immediate frame.
Through a post on her official Instagram account, Ms. Kaia Gerber publicly identified her character as ‘Mitzi,’ accompanying the announcement with a caption and image from the forthcoming second season of Palm Royale, produced by Apple Studios.
Concurrently, Apple TV’s official account confirmed the release date of the series’ second season, scheduled to premiere on November 12, 2024, via Apple TV+, through a carousel post featuring multiple promotional stills. Said images included: Ms. Kristen Wiig, aged 52, styled in a yellow fringe crop top and lace bell-bottoms while depicted dancing; Ms. Leslie Bibb, aged 51, in a promotional image; Ms. Laura Dern, aged 58, seated on a bed in a cross-legged position; Ms. Carol Burnett, aged 92, in a multi-colored cloak-like garment; and Ms. Amber Chardae Robinson, aged 35, who separately shared the promotional post on her personal account with the caption, ‘We’re Back Baby!!!’

The series Palm Royale, loosely adapted from Juliet McDaniel’s novel Mr. & Mrs. American Pie, is set in Palm Beach, Florida, in 1969, and portrays the intrigues of its wealthy social elite. Ms. Gerber’s character, Mitzi, is written as engaging in an extramarital affair with Douglas, the husband of the lead character, Maxine (portrayed by Ms. Wiig).
