Kylie Jenner, 27, has reportedly invested approximately $500,000 in privacy enhancements for her under-construction Calabasas estate, following a history of unwanted intrusions and alleged stalking incidents. According to The U.S. Sun, the entrepreneur has purchased a substantial number of mature olive trees to create a natural barrier around the property, effectively obstructing outside views and reinforcing seclusion.
Aerial imagery confirms the installation of the tree line as work progresses on the expansive compound, which is nearing completion after five years of development. Jenner originally acquired the 4-acre plot from singer Miley Cyrus in 2020 for $15 million. The estate is being constructed by renowned Canadian architect Richard Landry and will span approximately 30,000 square feet in total, including a primary residence estimated at 18,000 square feet.
Notable features of the property include a 12-car underground garage, a private bunker, 15 bedrooms, a sports court, and a large swimming pool. The estate will also include a separate guest house and a designated facility to accommodate Jenner’s on-site security team, a precaution likely influenced by prior incidents involving alleged stalkers.
Jenner currently resides in a $36 million residence in the Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles, located nearby. Upon completion of the new estate, she is expected to reside there with her two children, Stormi (7) and Aire (3), whom she shares with former partner Travis Scott. Actor Timothée Chalamet, with whom Jenner is currently romantically involved, is also anticipated to frequent the property.
In addition to her real estate ventures, Jenner remains active in her entrepreneurial pursuits, recently sharing behind-the-scenes content on social media related to her Khy clothing brand.
During a recent workday, Kylie Jenner appeared in a relaxed ensemble consisting of a dark sports bra, black Nike track pants, and ERL platform sandals. She shared a mirror selfie via social media, wearing her hair in a tousled ponytail, captioned: “The energy I’m bringing to my shoot today.”
The business mogul also offered a preview of upcoming designs from her fashion label, Khy, which she launched in November 2023. Among the featured looks was a fitted black off-the-shoulder top paired with coordinating skintight leggings. Another ensemble showcased a form-fitting, strapless mini dress in heather gray, highlighting Jenner’s signature silhouette.#newsafro_
