Ms. Hailey Bieber, aged 28 and founder of the skincare brand Rhode, has publicly acknowledged the physical effects that prolonged stress has had on her health, reportedly coinciding with her husband Mr. Justin Bieber’s alleged financial difficulties.
In a statement shared via her Instagram Stories on Thursday, Ms. Bieber addressed recent speculation suggesting that Mr. Bieber may rely on her personal earnings from Rhode to address outstanding financial obligations allegedly involving former manager Mr. Scooter Braun.
In the same post, Ms. Bieber, who recently became a mother, disclosed that she is experiencing a flare-up of perioral dermatitis, a skin condition, and provided photographic evidence by sharing a close-up image highlighting visible redness around her chin area.
Ms. Hailey Bieber further elaborated on the factors contributing to her dermatological condition, stating that her perioral dermatitis tends to flare up in response to frequent travel, sleep deprivation, hormonal fluctuations, inappropriate sunscreen use, introduction of new skincare products, and elevated stress levels.
In a subsequent Instagram Story slide, Ms. Bieber disclosed the limited skincare regimen she employs during flare-ups. Accompanying a filtered selfie, she noted that her approach is deliberately minimal and consists of rinsing her face with water, followed by the application of prescription azelaic acid, hypochlorous acid, clindamycin, and her brand’s proprietary product, “Glazing Milk.”
The final product referenced in Ms. Hailey Bieber’s skincare regimen—“Glazing Milk”—is a proprietary item from her Rhode skincare line, which was acquired by E.l.f. Cosmetics in May 2025 for a reported sum of $1 billion.
Ms. Bieber’s recent social media disclosures regarding her health and skincare routine coincided with the release of her husband Mr. Justin Bieber’s seventh studio album, titled Swag, which debuted last week.
Ms. Bieber has publicly expressed her support for Mr. Bieber’s latest musical project, responding to online criticism of the album and, in a seemingly indirect manner, issuing a pointed remark directed at Mr. Scooter Braun, Mr. Bieber’s former manager.
Mr. Braun had issued a highly favorable review of Swag shortly after he and Mr. Bieber reached a settlement agreement that, according to reports from TMZ, will result in financial obligations exceeding $30 million for Mr. Bieber.
An unnamed source quoted by People stated that Ms. Bieber was “by Justin’s side for the entire creation of the album,” further noting that while the public is familiar with Mr. Bieber as a performer, this project offers insight into the artist “Hailey has known all these years.”
Following Mr. Bieber’s professional separation from Mr. Braun, the recording artist reportedly assumed full creative control over the development of Swag. According to the source, Ms. Bieber played a supportive role, encouraging her husband to rely on his creative instincts and pursue his own artistic vision.#newsafro_
