Saint West, the nine-year-old son of Ms. Kim Kardashian, has reportedly accessed his mother’s mobile device without authorization for a second time within a two-month period, using it to publicly engage with social media followers on her verified Instagram account.
On Tuesday, the minor allegedly utilized Ms. Kardashian’s Instagram platform—where she maintains a substantial public following—to promote his personal YouTube channel, which primarily features content related to the online gaming platform Roblox.
According to reports, Saint is said to have taken a screenshot of his YouTube subscription page and subsequently published it to Ms. Kardashian’s Instagram Stories, accompanied by the caption: “Subscribe to Saint’s YouTube channel.”
The incident prompted a wave of humorous reactions from social media users, who appeared to interpret the situation with levity. Among the respondents was Pop Mart—the toy manufacturer responsible for the popular Labubu collectibles—who commented on Ms. Kardashian’s Instagram post: “Hey Saint, while you still have your mom’s phone can you reply to her DMs real fast?”
The minor, reportedly still in control of the account, responded directly: “hey it’s Saint i got my mom’s phone can i get some giant labubus and some rainbow teeth ones pls.”
Notably, the larger Labubu figures referenced by the child retail for approximately $200 to $300 per unit.
The incident generated a range of lighthearted responses from social media users, many of whom recognized the unauthorized nature of the posts while maintaining a humorous tone. One commenter wrote, “Now Saint! Give mommy her phone back, and I will put you on the top of the pyramid!” Another user remarked, “Saint, you already know your mom doesn’t play about Roblox,” while a third observed, “And he posted it in the Story—I’m weak.”
Other comments included, “Kim in bed asleep for sure,” and, “Saint, we’ve been through this before. Give mommy her phone back.” An additional follower added, “Not this again LMAO,” and another joked, “Saint trynna get some subscribers!”
One user noted the unfortunate timing, stating, “And in the middle of a SKIMS campaign? Oh Saint, you’re in time out now.” This comment appeared to reference the fact that, earlier that same day, Ms. Kardashian had published promotional content related to her upcoming Roberto Cavalli x SKIMS swimwear collection, scheduled for release on Friday.
Further reactions included, “At least we know Kim gettin’ good sleep rn,” and, “He took her phone again HAHAHAHAHA I love it.”
This episode follows a prior incident in April, during which Saint reportedly accessed Ms. Kardashian’s Instagram account and published a post to her main feed containing the message: “Sub to Saint’s channel.”
Public response to the incident was mixed, with some social media users criticizing the minor’s behavior while others expressed amusement or admiration for his initiative.
This is not the first time Ms. Kardashian’s son has gained unauthorized access to her social media accounts. During a prior appearance on the What in the Winkler? podcast, Ms. Kardashian confirmed that her son had similarly accessed her account in the past—specifically, in the hours leading up to the U.S. presidential election—using the platform to promote his Fortnite account.
Recalling the incident, Ms. Kardashian stated: “Like when Saint took my phone and posted… and my publicist is writing me like, ‘This is what you’re posting on Election Day?’” She added, “And I was like, ‘It’s a kid. He has no idea.’”
She further explained that Saint had reposted a video related to the election, an action which resulted in her temporarily disabling his access. “I took his account down just because he has to ask me before every post,” she noted. “So he’s just started a Fortnite account, and I’m like… you have got to give yourself grace.”
In addressing her parenting philosophy, Ms. Kardashian expressed a belief in allowing children to learn from their own mistakes where appropriate. “Sometimes I like when kids work it out themselves, and they figure it out themselves. Sometimes we have to intervene,” she stated.
Ms. Kardashian also acknowledged the necessity of setting firm boundaries with her children, noting: “I’ve started to put my foot down. If I don’t do this now and fight through the tears—as uncomfortable as that is—then they are always going to get their way. The lesson won’t be learned.”#newsafro_
