On Wednesday, Blue Ivy Carter bore an unmistakable resemblance to her mother, internationally acclaimed recording artist Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, upon her arrival in Paris.
The 13-year-old, who recently captivated audiences by transforming the stage into her personal runway before executing a solo dance performance during the opening night of the Cowboy Carter tour, once again drew attention as she emerged from a chauffeured vehicle, evoking the image of her mother with striking similarity.
Blue Ivy Carter was observed entering a restaurant in Paris attired in dark denim, loose-fitting jeans, an oversized grey t-shirt, and blue Adidas athletic footwear.
Subsequently, her father, recording artist Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter, was seen acknowledging members of the public with a wave as he arrived at the headquarters of Moët Hennessy in the French capital.
Mr. Carter appeared in casual attire, comprising denim jeans, a white t-shirt, and tan Timberland boots, and was witnessed signing autographs outside the premises of the French luxury goods conglomerate.
In April, Blue Ivy Carter demonstrated her dynamic choreography as she led a troupe of professional backup dancers during a live performance at California’s SoFi Stadium, appearing before an audience of approximately 70,000 attendees.
Given her familial lineage in the music industry, it appears both natural and unsurprising that Ms. Carter has developed not only an affinity for the entertainment sector but also a proclivity for public performance.
The Daily Mail has learned that the young performer’s aspirations extend beyond collaborative appearances with her mother, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter; she now seeks to establish an independent artistic identity and body of work.
“Blue is considering the launch of a solo career in music,” a source familiar with the matter disclosed. “Several of Beyoncé’s preferred songwriters are discreetly developing demo recordings in anticipation of a potential debut album.”
With access to a wide network of established industry professionals, Ms. Carter is reportedly receiving creative support from her maternal aunt, Solange Knowles, and has been offered original material by renowned songwriter and producer The-Dream.
The-Dream—credited with co-writing Beyoncé’s chart-topping singles Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It) and Break My Soul from her Grammy Award-winning album Renaissance, as well as Jay-Z’s No Church in the Wild—is understood to be playing a pivotal role in curating potential tracks for Ms. Carter’s debut.
“Blue is also engaging in songwriting efforts with assistance from Solange,” the source added. “The-Dream is taking a leading role, and currently has two or three records prepared for her.
“There is a strong awareness within the industry that public interest in a Blue Ivy release is significant.”#newsafro_
