Beyoncé made a major career announcement just one day before the 2025 Grammy Awards. On Saturday evening, she revealed that she would be embarking on the “Cowboy Carter Tour,” in support of her eighth studio album. This album, which is up for 11 Grammy Awards, has helped her continue her reign as the most decorated Grammy artist with 32 wins from 99 nominations.
The announcement was made in partnership with Netflix, marking the end of her 13-minute special, a taping of her Christmas Day performance at the Ravens-Texans NFL game, known as the Beyoncé Bowl. A short clip played at the end of the special, featuring the name of the tour with the song “Sweet Honey Buckiin” in the background.
In addition to this, it was reported by DailyMail.com that Beyoncé would be performing in the UK this summer, following a challenging period involving her husband Jay-Z’s ongoing sexual assault lawsuit. Fans can expect to see her return to the stage in what promises to be an exciting and highly anticipated tour.#newsafro_
